We talk here (…her humor shines through) on what she did with her first start-up funding i.e. $1,000. And she shares how Twitter helped reinvent her network and community.
Never knew of Barbara Corcoran before Shark Tank. She is my favorite on the show. Smart, Savvy, and what I love most about her, she seems to be very compassionate. I just read the AOL article about her. Then I proceeded to do some research on her. I think she is now the person I would most want to be like, if I could do it over. lol She is the same age as myself, and we were born in the same area, and both had our first child at an older age. The difference is, she used the smarts she was born with, and then some, and I didn’t. I admire her to no end. If there were one person in the world I would love to communicate with, it would be Barbara Corcoran. From everything I’ve recently learned about her, she is an inspiration! What an amazing, wonderful woman.
